This is a Malay traditional delicacies which is very famous in northern part of Peninsular Malaysia.

The ingredients of Kuih Karas are
1. Rice Flour (Tepung Beras)
2. Sugar
3. Coconut Milk
4. Pinch of salt
5. Water

- mix all the ingredients well and leave it for few hours before frying with cooking oil
- we use an 'acuan' with a very fine holes on it, made of coconut shell
- the kuih is kept in an airtight containers to keep its freshness and crunchiness
